REFUND POLICY

The cancellation policy for our soccer training sessions encompasses the following key elements:

  1. Advance Notice: Participants are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice should they need to cancel a scheduled session. This allows the organization sufficient time to adjust schedules accordingly.

  2. Late Cancellation or Absence: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or failure to attend without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the session, with no refund provided.

  3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Refunds are typically not available for late cancellations or no-shows. However, rescheduling may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies.

  4. Make-Up Sessions: Should participants provide sufficient notice of their intended absence, make-up sessions may be offered, contingent upon availability.

  5. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations: In instances where a session is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, participants will be offered either a make-up session or a refund.

  6. Membership Agreements: For programs involving membership agreements, specific cancellation and suspension policies apply. For example, memberships may often be suspended in 30-day increments, and cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the subsequent billing cycle.
